Size Motor Disconnect using NEC 430.110
Add a feature to size and label motor disconnects.
NEC 430.110 calls for 115% of the full-load current rating of the motor.
We could also include an option to require the disconnect to be at least as large of the OCPD rating of the circuit.
Also an option for a specific size selected by the user.
And an option for a specific custom value if you want to indicate something such as "With unit" or "Not required".
Finally, a list of acceptable sizes to use for the disconnect. A default list of standard sizes would be included but you could…

Size ground and isolated ground separately
Add an option to the isolated ground to size it to a specific value. Currently it is an on/off toggle and sized to match the ground wire.

Set Selective Coordination Graph Voltage
Add an option to set the voltage that selective coordination graphs use for their display.
Currently the voltage is set based on the voltage of the majority of equipment displayed on the graph.

Selective Coordination Graph: Fault Options
The fault labels are currently displayed automatically at the top of the selective coordination graphs.
Add an option to display the fault at the top (current functionality), at the bottom (current label would move to the top of the graph), or remove them.

Selective Coordination Graph: Set minimum time
Be able to set the minimum time for selective coordination graphs. Currently it is fixed at 0.01. We could add an option to set it at 0.1 or 0.01. Or add an option to set it at a specific value.
We are leaning toward implementing it as a 0.1 or 0.01 option. If you would like it as a custom value, indicate that in the comments.

Match receptacle note locations for similar devices with equal rotation
Once receptacles are laid out and circuited, much of my time is then spent matching the note locations of the circuit numbers so that they dont end up on the wrong side of the wall. The "Match note locations" works well however I have to use this command individually on devices that are rotated the same way. It would be a HUGE time saver to "Match note locations for similar devices at same rotation". Most receptacles end up at a 0,90,180,270 rotation angle so being able to select the similar devices with that exact rotation angle and then match the…

DM Plumbing - Tool to connect a fixture to a pipe directly beneath the fixture.
Tool to connect a fixture to a pipe directly beneath the fixture. There currently is no such tool. HVAC has a bottom diffuser connection counterpart. Plumbing needs one too!

Display Single Equipment Instance in List for Each Equipment Callout
The equipment list currently displays all equipment in a group. The list can be longer than necessary if there are multiple similar pieces of equipment in the list.
Add a "Display one row per unique equipment callout" toggle to the "Insert Equipment List". If multiple pieces of equipment have the same callout, they would be collapsed to a single row.
For the columns, if the information is same for all the equipment, the common information would be listed. If the information was different, the different values would somehow all be included in the column so that no information was lost.
3 votesThere are two workarounds currently.
1. Use “Edit Multiple” to uncheck the “Show in List” toggle for all but one of each type of equipment.
2. Create a group and move a single instance of each type of equipment to that group. Insert the list for that group.

Load Type Schedule Designation
Add a distribution schedule customization attribute that can be added to panel schedules as an additional column to show load type(s) that are connected to each circuit, preferably letter abbreviation designations for each load type. (Heating would be 'H', Lighting would be 'L', Motor loads 'M' etc...)

Change default circuit callout
Add an option for the default circuit callout inserted on the drawing when connecting a device to a panel. Currently it always lists the full circuit callout of panel name and circuit number (P-1).
1 voteThe solution in the current software is to circuit the device then use the “Modify Circuit Label” command to change the callout.

Homerun Wire Callout Option
Add an option for homerun callouts to not display anything for #12 wires and to display tick marks and the full wire callout for anything else.
Currently there are a few options that are close but nothing that has exactly these groupings of tick marks and wire callouts.

Match Runout size to GRD Neck Size Automatically (without running CALC)
Would you please consider an option to size the runout the same as the diffuser connection, without having to use the CALC function? That feature would be a big timesaver!
