  1. printing of settings

It would be helpful to have a way of printing out the design master settings for a project to Q.C. and check. example would be wire sizes. it would also be nice to be able to save this to back check when something looks off or to compare with other projects.

  4. Set Selective Coordination Graph Voltage

Add an option to set the voltage that selective coordination graphs use for their display.

Currently the voltage is set based on the voltage of the majority of equipment displayed on the graph.

  5. Selective Coordination Graph: Fault Options

The fault labels are currently displayed automatically at the top of the selective coordination graphs.

Add an option to display the fault at the top (current functionality), at the bottom (current label would move to the top of the graph), or remove them.

  6. Selective Coordination Graph: Set minimum time

Be able to set the minimum time for selective coordination graphs. Currently it is fixed at 0.01. We could add an option to set it at 0.1 or 0.01. Or add an option to set it at a specific value.

We are leaning toward implementing it as a 0.1 or 0.01 option. If you would like it as a custom value, indicate that in the comments.

  8. DM Plumbing - Tool to connect a fixture to a pipe directly beneath the fixture.

Tool to connect a fixture to a pipe directly beneath the fixture. There currently is no such tool. HVAC has a bottom diffuser connection counterpart. Plumbing needs one too!

  10. Change default circuit callout

Add an option for the default circuit callout inserted on the drawing when connecting a device to a panel. Currently it always lists the full circuit callout of panel name and circuit number (P-1).

  13. Ability to add multiple set of conductor in a single conduit

    Example:
    For 400A feeder:
    (2) 3"C, 3-250kcmil AL, 250kcmil AL N, #1 AL G
    (1) 4"C, 6-400kcmil AL, 2-400kcmil AL N, #1 AL G

Instead of each set take (1) conduit, would be good to get multiple set into a single conduit. This is mainly because installing (1) 4" conduit is cheaper than (2) 3" conduits.

  16. It will be good to add duct size(width&Height or diameter) in "Duct pressure drop report" of HVAC.

I've been using HVAC program to confirm weather other designers designed well or not, give an options to change his or her design and report these. So, it is essential to show which part's shall be changed in report. Fortunately, "duct length" can be included by checking option box.

  17. I would like to be able to select a circuit number and highlight a device and draw a homerun, i.e. dedicated circuits, equipment, etc.

This would avoid the more cumbersome 2 step process
    1. circuit device
    2. draw homerun

Depending on the job there are can be lots of dedicated circuits and/or pieces of equipment...

Here’s the best workaround with the current features that exist in the software:

Set the default to the option you will use on most panels in the project.

In the other panels, change the circuit description to the other value. Then use the “Move Circuits” command. Use the “Copy” button in that dialog to copy the description to the other circuits. When you copy, the selected circuit will increment down one each time. You can press the button multiple times to fill in multiple circuits.
