I won’t say never, but this feature would be quite difficult currently. We let Revit handle all the loads in the project. It really needs to be handled by Autodesk directly rather than by us.

This would be a huge benefit to us. We do a lot of remodel/renovation and have to fake it on panel schedules. I think an interesting way to implement it would be a similar method to your RT one-line Insert Create command. Basically use a generic electrical fixture family (like a junction box) that has instance parameters for poles, voltage, load, and load classification, then the software inserts the junction box onto a plane in space. You could make a dialog box that presents it like a panel schedule/table, we fill in the loads and info for each circuit and the load classification, then it's placed into the model on another plane.
