Upsize Ground Wire Automatically
When upsizing conductors for voltage drop, automatically upsize the ground wire too based upon the increase in wire area.

Implemented for DM Electrical 8.5. We considered patching it in to 8.4 but it ended up being a pretty significant change so it has to wait for the next major release.

Increasing ground wire sizes based on upsizing feeder conductors for voltage drop is very time consuming when you have many feeders that require upsizing and have to do it manually. Having this happen automatically makes sense because anytime you upsize the feeders (and the upstream OCPD is smaller), this would be applicable.
