Editing Multiple Devices (which probably does deserve a different topic if it is something you would like to see changed): For items on the drawing, we have the "Edit Multiple" commands you can use to change everything but equipment. That you do have to change one-at-a-time, so one request might be to add an "Edit Multiple Equipment Connections" command.
For items in schedules (such as light fixture types), we do not have a way to edit more than one at a time, which might be another request you want to make.
An error occurred while saving the comment This is a good idea. I'll need to think through what unexpected problems it could create, but it seems like it should work.
Until we get a chance to implement it, you can use the "Find" button to select the item you want from a list, rather than being limited to the "Next" and "Previous" buttons.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the additional information. That makes sense. Do you know what kind of import functionality SKM provides?
An error occurred while saving the comment What does SKM allow you to do with your schedules that DM does not? (While we might add an import/export feature, it is more likely we'll just add the missing functionality from SKM to our software.)

If you don't want to end up with incorrect fixture counts, you can create two different fixtures: one for the fixture and the load, and one for the lamps. Insert the fixture once and circuit that. Then, insert the lamp fixtures, one for each lamp and aim these. In the schedule, turn off the lamp fixtures so they do not appear.

An error occurred while saving the comment Our current recommendation for this situation is to use Windows file permissions to make the master database read-only for users who should not have access to it. They will be able to view the master database and copy settings to their projects, but will not be able to make any changes to it.
When you do this, you have to set the permissions on the database file itself. They need to have read-write permission on the customization folder on the network still.

An error occurred while saving the comment Are you using a custom block for your equipment callout? You can check this by going to DM Electrical->Customization->Options->Edit Standards List and looking for the "Equipment Callout" setting. It will either list a block name, or say "Display ...".

An error occurred while saving the comment What are you looking for in this feature? You already can copy-and-paste devices from one drawing to another, so I assume you want more than that, but am not sure what.
The current workaround for this is to add breaks to the existing pipe before and after the branch, then change that small section to new.
