Keep Tick Marks on Broken Circuits
When a circuit is broken, keep tick marks inserted on one of the halves.

All out of votes from previous. But this needs to move up to head of the class. Currently I try to find the circuit that does not have tick marks to break or explode and add to the broken lines.
