I add terms such as "Via Contactor" or "From Fixture Below" for clarity. I used to consistently add an asterisk to signify that there are multiple homeruns to a single breaker. Both have several possible methods (insert note, text) now but all require manipulating the two pieces of text separately. I would use that feature on almost every project.
