I won’t say never, but this feature would be quite difficult currently. We let Revit handle all the loads in the project. It really needs to be handled by Autodesk directly rather than by us.

We're halfway there on this feature. DM Electrical RT 2.1.2 added support for generating a one-line. We still need to add the ability to generate a riser to be able to mark this request complete.

DME Revit is designed to create your riser first and then it inserts panels from there out in space to move to your electrical room. This is time consuming as you have to select your panel type/size etc for each individual panel before placing on the riser and then you have to drag that equipment from space to your electrical room. Whereas knowing what equipment you will need, you place it in your elec room (we always have a general idea of what elec space we will have, or our first step is to place equipment to give the arch an idea of the space we will need.)
2. If you do happen to layout out your electrical room first with equipment rather than creating the one line first, you have to use the insert link command or a combination of copy link/change link, which allows you to pick your panel and place the image you select in the riser view, currently you have to do this one piece of equipment at a time, again cumbersome. I would suggest an “Insert All Links” that will draw a rough riser based off of current links and equipment in the model and the designer can then modify the graphics from there and redraw feeders as necessary.
