Add Dual Voltage and Universal Ballast Light Fixtures
Allow light fixtures to have multiple voltages, such as 120V and 277V, or have a universal ballast that can be used with any voltage.

We added a new voltage for lighting fixtures called "Universal." Fixtures with this voltage can be connected to any voltage panel. We decided to go with a single "universal" option rather than the various combinations, because there were too many to many to list.
In the light fixture schedule, the voltages of the circuits that the light is connected to are listed in the "Voltage" column.
