Link room numbers with panel schedules
Use the 'Room Number' field to specify where loads are located in the panel schedules. The 'Description' field in the panel would automatically be filled with the description linked to the load, then the room numbers. i.e. RECEPTACLE 105, 108, 110, 100 or LIGHTING 209, 210, 211, 212.
This feature already exists. See the “Room Labels” section at the bottom of this page for information on turning it on:

Thanks very much for pointing this out to me. Nobody in our office was aware of this feature. After playing with it a bit, I still think the option of turning room numbers on and off by circuit would be nice, as would being able to see the room numbers from the circuiting dialog box. I’ll likely suggest this in the wish list in the next few days.

http://www.designmaster.biz/support/blog/2010/08/changing-circuit-descriptions/It does limit you to either all circuits having room labels, or no circuits having room labels. The ability to turn room labels on and off on a per-circuit basis would be a wish that needs to be added.

I would envision the choice of whether or not to show the room numbers as a drop-down similar to the layer system, which changes depending on which circuit is chosen. The options would be 'Panel Default' (which would be set upon creating or editing a panel), 'Off', and 'On'.
