Residential and Other Electrical Load Types
Account for the rest of the load types in NEC 220 Part II, Part III, and Part IV that are currently ignored.
Load types that will be included:
Existing loads that can be specified for each panel (NEC 220.87).
Cooling loads. The panel load calculation will use the larger of the heating and cooling loads.
This is completed and will be included in DM Electrical 8.3.

Maybe a first step would be the following:
1) Like your HVAC program, create Zones that we could name and classify as a NEC 220.12 Occupancy type (very similar to your room lighting ftc) that would be assigned a VA/Sq ft that would be multiplied by the area.
2) Ability to then Export the above loads calcs plus description, kW, quantities of:
a) each equipment per group.
b) Receptacles callout
c) Light callout
Once I am able to track this and easily export to excel I can then do my own calcs. Right now it is a mess just to get the equipment exported in a format to even use. -
