Variable Pressure Drop for Diffusers
Using the maximum scheduled pressure drop for every scenario over inflates the pressure calcs. This is very important for low-pressure systems with low static terminal units such as ducted VRF and Fan Coil Units that max out at .25". Using the maximum scheduled pressure drop of say, .1" for air devices make it difficult to design low static systems accurately.

lighting report
Provide a check box in the Building Room dialog box to NOT include the room in the lighting report.
I have a job where I need room names to generate the names for the receptacle circuits in the panel schedule, but don't want the rooms to show up in the Indoor Lighting Levels report.

Pipe breaks caused by only one set of pipes
Our plumbing drawings will typically be drawn with supply and drainage on the same drawing. It would be helpful if only the drainage piping caused breaks with drainage piping and the supply piping with only the supply piping. Additionally we place venting on a separate layer. I am thinking that you could place different pipe types into different categories and they would only affect pipe breaks on pipes in their category.

Prompt to Load DM
Add a prompt before loading any DM information into a project. Would be useful when you do NOT want DM loaded in a specific Revit project.
At the project level, would save your response so that you are only prompted once.
At the user level, would have an option to disable the prompt so DM is automatically loaded in all projects like it currently is for customers who prefer that workflow.

Update the Excel Add-in to work in Recent Version of Excel
The Excel Add-in is two pieces: functions in Excel for pulling information from the DM database, and a set of pulldown menus and dialog boxes for inserting these functions.
The functions still work and can be used manually.
The pulldown menus and dialog boxes no longer work in newer versions of Excel.
This wish list item is for us to fix the menus and dialog boxes to work again.

Homerun Wire Callout Option
Add an option for homerun callouts to not display anything for #12 wires and to display tick marks and the full wire callout for anything else.
Currently there are a few options that are close but nothing that has exactly these groupings of tick marks and wire callouts.
